when I review transactions it doesn't immediately refresh, when it used to. Also, unreviewed has ipulled in old transactions that were previously revised
Sure, I am with First Direct For the old ones - I just reviewed again. I didn't know to batch tick and exclude those from the for-review tab (batch actions > exclude selected). I don't even recall which they were as it happened a few weeks ago but thought I'd ask at same time as this other query. Is there a way to search for duplicate transactions?
Thanks, it's not obvious to me where to get to the chart of account? I don't see Accounting in the menu. Also, any ideas why the refresh isn't working when I review transactions?
Apologies - the chart of accounts is only a feature on QuickBooks Online. You can search within Transactions for date or amount at the top of the list, so while reviewing the transactions, search for either the date or amount and check if it is a transaction you have already reviewed and added.
Thanks! I checked this past month and doesn't look like the old ones that I've reviewed again duplicated. I still didn't get an answer why I have to manually refresh after reviewing transactions. Hopefully this is a bug that will be resolved? Thanks
The feed will only automatically refresh once a day - you will need to manually select refresh if you want it to do this at any other time. There have been recent changes in the regulations around third party connections to bank accounts which limits when QuickBooks can automatically update without your manual input.
