Having problems moving from desktop to online. Telling me i need to upgrade and suspect the problem is an error on an upgrade file itself #12007. stuck so any advice appreciate.

Thanks Elaine, it's no longer possible to migrate in-product between UK desktop and UK online accounts - instead, you would need to use the Movemybooks conversion software. We've partnered with them to provide transfer of the most recent two years of data for free; additional years can be purchased if required. We're also building a tool that will allow users to access Desktop data in a read-only format post discontinuation in June 2023, and we'll be emailing further information on this in the coming months.
You have to use the conversion service provided by MMB but there are limitations. If you want to convert data with multicurrency or other types of data (eg attachments, jobs, classes), you can purchase another third-party conversion service.
