QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster, but these can also block web pages from loading. When you experience issues signing in or if you're having trouble loading specific pages, try opening QuickBooks in a different web browser or clear your browser's cache. After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser.
If you keep having the same problem even after doing that, you can clear Intuit-specific cookies. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks. We recommend using Chrome as the default browser for QuickBooks. To clear cookies in Chrome:
1. At the top right, select the More ⋮ icon.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Privacy and Security.
4. Select Cookies and other site data.
5. Select See all cookies and site data.
6. Type 'intuit' in the search bar to find Intuit cookies.
7. Select Remove all shown or the trash can icon.
8. Restart Google Chrome for the changes to take effect.
