I currently live in Trinidad and Tobago and want to transfer a file from QB Desktop Pro 2015 to QBO Global. When using the US version of Desktop I found that the Conversion Tool it does not recognize the QBO Global subscription. Anyone had that problem? What's the fix? I'm trying to access the UK desktop trial version but having the same challenges as the other persons on this thread. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
