What bank and account type are you attempting to download transactions for?

Hi, @talaat43agha

 

Thank you for the additional information. We can manually update your bank. You need to pick a date range that the transactions wasn't downloaded in your bank. This prevents duplicates. Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Accounting, then choose Chart of Accounts
  2. Find the Bank that you want to upload more transactions into. Then press Account history
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the list.
  4. Write down the date of the oldest transaction. In many cases, the oldest transaction is the opening balance.  

Next Download transaction from your bank.

  1. Sign in to your bank website. 
  2. Follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer. Some banks call this WebConnect. Every financial institution has different steps. 
  3. Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your desktop.
