Is anyone else having the problem whereby the UTR number is input on the suppliers ledger (going via the edit button to input) but it is not showing up when you view the supplier ledger from the main page of theirs?

We don't have any reported issues of missing or incomplete UTR fields currently. To check for any browser issues that may be causing this, please try loading QuickBooks in a different web browser or incognito/private browsing window.
Hi - I have done that already. Its been an issue since I have started using QB in my new employment some 7 months ago. I need to do a screen shot of what I am seeing is wrong and send over
UTR number is in the supplier details page
but it does not show up on the main page when view, the tab against the Transactions List tab
I have to "edit" tab to go in, scroll down to view UTR number
Thanks for that added info, christine-bulbec. I'm able to replicate the same performance on my test system.
Checking in with our team, this is currently working as designed. This is due to privacy reasons as the UTR no. is classed as personal information which doesn't populate on the transaction to the subcontractor. I appreciate this may be confusing as the UTR no. is included on the Supplier Details panel, and have shared feedback on this.
This is totally 100% confusing!
The UTR number BELONGS to the sub contractor so if it is pre populated on any report to him/her they are quite within their rights to see it
However, that said, what would they be doing getting reports/viewing our systems anyway
