Is it possible to view a sent invoice with the body text?
Welcome to the Community space, A J. Let me help you view the sent invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We do have a way to view the list of Invoices that were sent and their status. You can go to the Sales menu, then select the Invoice tab. This is where you can click in the Status column and see if the Invoice has been sent, viewed, paid, and deposited.
However, with regard to the body text, I'd like to verify the specific text that you wanted to show on the sent invoices.
You can also see if your customer has received the email and paid you. I find this article about sending online Invoices might be helpful too.
For future reference, check out this article in case you'll need some easy steps in customizing invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QBO.

Thanks for the reply. I know I can view what invoices have been sent. What I need to do is view a sent invoice with the body text, almost like looking at sent emails in outlook etc. There was some information in the body text of the invoice I sent to a client that they claiming they didn't receive.
Hello AJ Electrical, Thanks for your reply. There is not a way to see the body of the text that was sent for an invoice that was already sent. You can only view that it was sent and go into the invoice and change the email to your email and resend it to check what text is sending. You do have the option of adding your email in future so that when it says an invoice to a customer you also get a copy. You can do this by going to the settings cog in the top right-hand corner>account and settings>sales>messages>put a tick in the email me a copy>save
Any Q's on this just ask we'd be happy to help.
