When I am in the Banking section, when I go to check a box under Batch Actions, the selection isn't made and I'm returned to the top of the screen. Safari 12.0.2 on Mac?

The version of the Safari browser you're using is currently supported and included on the QBO system requirements. I've also checked our system to ensure there's no ongoing investigation similar to your concern.

 

For now, you can perform some basic troubleshooting to isolate the problem. Please try logging into your account using a different supported browser and check if you still encounter the issue with the checkbox from the Batch actions drop-down.
