When trying to reauthorise my credit card accounts, Quickbooks keeps telling me that I have been locked out my account by my Credit Card provider.

I've done the whole thing. Disconnecting it completely. Clearing cache and logging in on a laptop rather than my phone app. I called the credit card company and there is no problem their end. It is INFURIATING and I need to finish my self assessment. HELP?! The Error code is 570. I can't find any advice online to try something other than what I already did.

They’ve not helped me. I escalated the issue and they said they had engineers looking at at. Zero help beyond that. I keep getting emails telling me my issue has been marked as resolved when it absolutely hasn’t.

Very annoying as I guess like me you have to update manually... I think I'll look at xero or similar as an alternative.... You've been waiting a long time. Shame as QuickBooks great generally

Yeah, I think I’ll switch to other software at the end of this tax year. I like Quickbooks but the inability to fix this error is infuriating. And the customer service has been pretty nonexistent. I had to complain on social media to get anyone to respond at all and zero help even after the supposed escalation.
