When using batch actions for suppliers and sending remittances many suppliers are coming back saying they haven't received the remittances?

Hello JackieOBrien, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

Is this happening to all your suppliers or only certain ones? Have your suppliers checked it hasn’t gone into their spam or junk instead of their inbox in their emails?  Are you getting any error messages at all when you are sending the remittances to the suppliers?

Jackie if you search the forums there’s nothing but problems with Quickbooks emailing system. I’ve actually resorted to send all forms by downloading the pdf’s and sending them via my own company email, you know, the onewhich is from the actually company and is managed by the company. 

 

intuit know it doesn’t work but like all the other issue they ignore them. My productivity has gone down since swapping the QBO from desktop.
