Hello and welcome to the Community. We'd like to make sure that you're able to get your mileage tracking again in QuickBooks.
So that we can get some further information on this, please provide your device type (Android or iOS) and Operating System version in a post below.
On Android, check the OS type by opening your device's Settings app > Near the bottom, tap "About phone" > Tap Software information > Android version. On iOS, go to Settings > General > About.
Please also check that your app permissions are correct by referring to our guide on how to fix mileage tracking in the QuickBooks mobile app.
