Why P45 documents download doesn't work?

It looks like you're using the Standard Payroll version because of the Documents tab. With this, there's an ongoing investigation about the blank web page when downloading the employee's P45. I assure you that our product engineers are actively working to have a permanent resolution. 

I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They can add your company to the list of affected users. This way, you'll get email updates about the investigation's status and its fix. Please provide the INV-45495 to our representative as your reference. I'll guide you how. 

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
2. Select Contact us. 
3. Enter Blank Web Page When Downloading The Employee's P45 On The Documents Tab in the What can we help you with? box. 
4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Choose a way to connect with a live support agent.

The screenshot below shows you the third to fourth steps.
