Has anyone else noticed that when you now type a date eg. 31/5/20 or 31/5/21 it now defaults to 1920 or 1921?
It always used to put the correct date but now its changed, its thrown me right out.
It's now defaulting to the year being 19XX
Hi markitoff The transactions that you create should auto populate with today's date but if you manually enter the date in a transaction with the year ending 21 it auto defaults to 1921. We'll certainly pass your comments on to our engineers and once we have a response as to why it does this we'll get back to you, we'd also be grateful if you can leave feedback from within the product.
Hi, it's not just the year, you could previously type part of a date, for example 26 and it would prefill the rest based on the current month year (26/02/21). Now you have to enter the full date, including the year in full.
It was fine yesterday.
I tested this in a different browser and it makes no difference.
Any idea when this will be addressed.
Thanks,
Robin
Hi Robin & Shirley,
We've now reported this as an issue and our technicians who're working to fix, and looks to have been caused by an update overnight.
In the meantime if you could please enter the date in the format DD/MM/YYYY then this will appear as expected, you can set this as the default format by going to the Cog > Account & settings > Advanced > Other preferences.
Thanks 🙇:female_sign:
Yes, I'm getting the same. Really frustrating!
