I found a way to upload your transactions.
QuickBooks Online supports Comma-Separated Values (CSV), Quicken (QFX), QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Microsoft Money (OFX) formats.
You can create a CSV copy out of your XLS file so you can upload your transactions. To do so, just click on File, choose Save as, and in the Save as file drop down, choose CSV.
After this you can go to the Banking page in QuickBooks and upload your transactions. Please check this article more details: How to import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
