On my homepage, I have tasks showing that I have 2 unpaid invoices and template reminders to deal with...
I don't actually have any due/overdue invoices at the moment and all my templates for expenses have been entered.

I've checked all of my invoices from 2017 to 2025 - there are 5 invoices unpaid, but they all have due-dates set on them, and none of them are overdue. The tasks reminders show "Overdue" The next due invoice is about 2 weeks from now.
I've used InPrivate mode on MS Edge browser, and even downloaded Chrome to try QBO on a completely new browser. Both have the same issue.
