The miles tracker has failed to log my annual mileage correctly for 2024/2025, how can I manually adjust without having to log each and every trip individually?

I have about 5 months of trips not being tracked. Any advice please?

The miles tracker has failed to log my annual mileage correctly for 2024/2025, how can I manually adjust without having to log each and every trip individually?

You can manually add a trip for the untracked mileage, Penny. This way, you won’t have to log each trip individually.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Expenses tab, choose the Mileage section.
  2. Click on the Add Trip button.
  3. In the Add Trip window, enter a single entry that represents the summarized details of your untracked mileage for the specified period:
    • Date: Use the end date of the timeframe the entry covers (e.g., the last trip date in the missing 5-month period).
    • Start and End Locations: Enter any general locations or leave them blank if not applicable.
    • Distance: Add the total miles or kilometers driven during the untracked period based on your records.
    • Purpose: Add a brief note (e.g., Summarized mileage for missing period January to May 2024).
  4. Save the entry once all details are filled in.

 

By using a combination of these methods, you can efficiently manage your mileage in QBSE without manually logging each trip.
