You can transfer the data by exporting and importing the list in QuickBooks. To get started, you'll have to export your reports to Excel. Depending on what list you need to export, search for and run Account List, Customer Contact List, or Supplier Contact List report.
To export data, here's how:
Log in to your QBO account.
Go to the Gear icon at the top to choose Export data under Tools.
In the Help make your experience better by letting us know why you're exporting window, pick the appropriate answer, and hit Continue.
On the Export data page, select which one you wish to transfer: Reports or Lists.
For the transactions, manually enter them into your company. This is to ensure all the data is recorded in QBO.
