Hi , rosewellj-buzzac.
Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to help get you pointed in the right direction for assistance with fixing the Unexpected Internal Error that you received so you can get back to business.
The best method for handling unexpected errors in QuickBooks Online is to try accessing your account on a private window and print the deposit from there. This helps verify if the problem has something to do with your browser.
Then, post bank bill payments again. If you're able to do so without any errors, you'll need to switch back to the main browser to clear the cache. You can also try using other browsers to isolate browser-related issues.
If the error persists, you can contact our Support Team to check your account in a safe environment. Also, they can file an investigation if necessary.
Please check out our support hours to ensure that we address your concerns on time.
Thank you for your patience while we work for a fix. Please know that you can always get back to this post if you have any other questions with QuickBooks Online. I'll be more than happy to assist you again.
i would like to know the problem and what I can do to solve
