UK and US

We are not sure as we only deal with the UK products but all Quickbooks packages in every country are roughly the same as each other there might be the odd thing that is slightly different from one to another.

You can try each version of QBO by toggling the free 30 days trial. This way, you get to experience on how each version of QBO works. This can also guide you on which version suits your business needs.

1. Go to the (?) Help menu.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern then proceed with Let’s talk.

You may find most of features in QBO Plus UK available in QBO Plus US version.

Some differences are:

1. You will find the Price Rule feature in QBO US

2. You are unable to import Journal Entry in QBO US. You will need a 3d party tool

3. You may migrate data from QBO US to QB Desktop US.

4. You may upgrade QBO Plus US to QBO Advanced if required.

Can I double check one thing - re journal entries.  Presumably a journal can still be created and saved within the pro software?  Is that correct?

Thank you very much for your response.  I am going to recommend that we do the free trial so that we can see how this works for our particular set up.  I very much appreciate all your help.  Amanda

You may record JE individually. But you have to utilize a tool to import JE in bulk.

Thanks for clarifying that - I'm just helping a small entity so individual journals would be fine for us.  Thank you!
