When I chose the option 'make inactive' for a class there is no response when I click on yes. I have switched browsers to no effect. Any suggestions?

When I chose the option 'make inactive' for a class there is no response when I click on yes. I have switched browsers to no effect. Any suggestions?

To ensure smooth functionality, please double-check that your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription is active. You can do this by visiting your Subscriptions and Billing section within your account settings.
