Looks like the attachment you added was not successfully uploaded so I cannot see your screenshot about the error. Can you please type in the exact error message you're getting? This way I can help you further with the troubleshooting.
In the meantime, if you need to import the transactions into your QBSE account, you can bring it in manually. Here's how:
The process is simple and easy, refer to the steps below:
Click the Gear icon and choose Imports.
For accounts that are not yet connected for online banking, tap the import transactions link at the bottom.
Press Browse to find the CSV file of the bank entries.
After this, all the transactions will be listed at the bottom. Make sure to map the data correctly.
Press Continue then Done.
