Hello Soniahannay-gmail,

Welcome to the Community page,

Can we ask what is the error message you are getting exactly?

Could you send us a screenshot of what you get please so we can take a look at it for you?

What is the bank account you are trying to connect up in your account as well?

This is a screen shot of the error. I'm trying to connect with NatWest. The bank site says it's successful but then when I'm passed back to Intuit I get this.

Thanks for posting here, @soniahannay-gmai,

Looks like the attachment you added was not successfully uploaded so I cannot see your screenshot about the error. Can you please type in the exact error message you're getting? This way I can help you further with the troubleshooting.

In the meantime, if you need to import the transactions into your QBSE account, you can bring it in manually. Here's how:

The process is simple and easy, refer to the steps below:

  1. Click the Gear icon and choose Imports.
  2. For accounts that are not yet connected for online banking, tap the import transactions link at the bottom.
  3. Press Browse to find the CSV file of the bank entries.
  4. After this, all the transactions will be listed at the bottom. Make sure to map the data correctly.
  5. Press Continue then Done.

If this is a recurring issue in your account, I would recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. This way the problem gets reported to our engineers.

To contact our agents, follow the steps below in your QBSE account:

  1. Go to the ? Help menu and choose Contact us button.
  2. In the Ask a question (or tell us what's wrong), describe the problem you're having.
  3. Hit Continue then choose your contact options in the Choose a way to connect with us section.
