When invoices are sent some are not arriving with customer, or arriving with no link to invoice so only receiving a cover page. Any idea why?

When invoices are sent some are not arriving with customer, or arriving with no link to invoice so only receiving a cover page. Any idea why?

Let's have your customer check their Spam/Junk folder or verify their email address, as these are common causes for invoice emails to be missed or incomplete, Terry.

 

An invoice email from QuickBooks may go to the Spam/Junk folder due to email filters flagging it as suspicious. That said, please ask your customer to check these folders, mark the emails as Not Spam, and add QuickBooks as a trusted sender to ensure future delivery.

 

At the same time, if the invoice email arrives but is missing the link or shows only a cover page, the recipient's email system may have blocked or removed content for security reasons. To fix this, I suggest resending the invoice or sending it to a different email account to test the issue.
