while I'm in Bank transactions and Help, I am unable to scroll down. how do I go about scrolling down?

The scroll buttons work in other parts, like receipts and chart of accounts

Hi there, Julie. Since you're having trouble scrolling down on your Bank transactions page, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies first.

 

By clearing your browser's cache can help reset your system and remove outdated files that may cause problems. Afterward, use a supported browser to ensure optimal compatibility with QuickBooks. Then, go back to the banking page and try scrolling down.
