The Callback option will appear greyed out or not clickable if you’ve contacted us outside of our business hours, Stuart.


To successfully request a callback, please ensure you’ve reached out to our live support team during  our operating hours: 

  • Callback times: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Live chat: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM | Weekends, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
 
If the button is still not working, this could be due to accumulated cache in the browser. To resolve this, let’s clear your cache and Intuit-specific cookies to remove the excessive webpage data that's causing the issue. Alternatively, you can attempt to access the callback feature using a different browser.
