You should be able to view and download your company data to the QuickBooks Self-Employed app. The reason why you aren't seeing any information is that the login credentials you use when signing in the app aren't the same when you log in using a web browser.
With this, I would recommend contacting our phone support directly. We'll be able to consolidate these two accounts.
