Quickbooks online running slow

Is anyone elses Quickbooks incredibly slow loading today.

Quickbooks online running slow

We don't have any reports of latency with QuickBooks Online today but there are a few things that you can check to make sure you're getting the most out of your user experience.

 

Intuit expects the most-used pages in QBO to load in 10 seconds, and we continually monitor our systems to ensure we are meeting this goal. You can check that your system meets the basic requirements to help narrow down the reason for slow performance. 

 

If you meet the system requirements, verify your internet speed (bandwidth) is not limiting your QuickBooks Online experience. Run a Google Speed Test to confirm your bandwidth/the speed of your connection. 

 

We recommend using Chrome to get the best experience possible. If you are already using Chrome, ensure you are using the latest release by going to the Chrome menu and selecting Help, then About Google Chrome.
