How can create multiple companies under one subscription in Quikbooks Desktop
Go to the File menu > New Company
Bear in mind, if your company is located in the UK, you should prepare to migrate data to QB Online UK version or another system next year. Otherwise, consider migrating your data to QB Desktop US version.
