Time pricing

we are looking at using a geofenced sign in type system to monitor casual staff

in summer months we use lots of casual staff to do a few shifts. Our staff numbers in a normal month can be around 50, but then in summer months where we need to introduce some sort of sign in system to track hours, we may 500 stafff in a month.

The price per month per employee on Time - is that only charged if an amployee actual signs in that month - so that we dont pay for the 500 people all eyar round?

Anyone help??

QuickBooks Time generally charges monthly fees only for employees who actively sign in or track their hours during that month. This means you won’t be billed for all 500 casual staff year-round unless they use the system during the billing period.
