How do i check e mailed statement was delivred

Thanks for contacting the QuickBooks Community, @muku-giri.

In QuickBooks Online, there isn't an option to look back the emails you sent. However, you can check the emailed statement if when it was delivered.

Here's how:

  1. Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner to open the Search tool.
  2. Select Advanced Search at the bottom of the Search window.
  3. Choose Statements from the top drop-down menu and pick a customer.
  4. Hit the Add Filter button.
  5. Pick the Date Filter button.
  6. Choose Custom for the range, and enter the dates.
  7. Click Apply.

Once done, locate and open the statement you're looking for. From there, go to Last Delivery information section at the bottom of the statement to see the details you need.

Moreover, I don’t want to leave you empty-handed, you'll want to visit our Community Help Articles hub in case you need some related articles in managing your account.

You're welcome to stop by the Community if you need anything else. I'm always here and ready to help. Have a pleasant day ahead!
