For customers transactions, here's how:
A column with a clip icon will be added and will indicate the numbers of attachments added in the specific transaction. You can also do the same with your expenses.

An update on my earlier question. After further testing, Primary Admin can see the attachment counts, but I (Admin access) can't.
Let's try reviewing the number of attachments on an incognito window, LynneLaser.
A browser issue can be the reason for some cache -related concerns. I've added these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito page:
If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the cause for some unexpected happenings on the opened pages.
We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

I've tried incognito mode, clearing the cache, hard reload etc etc.
I still cannot see the number of attachments.
I'm want to ensure the missing number of attachments gets investigated, LynneLaser.
With this, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to further check why the number of attachments in the column isn't showing. They're also equipped with tools to determine the main cause of this.

Additionally, we have accepted characters in QuickBooks Online. Using invalid ones in your company name or list items can lead to server errors or other problems in the application. To avoid any errors, make sure your data in QuickBooks Online only contains accepted characters.
