Hello there, GrahamM26.
Let me point you in the right direction, so you can run the report based on the period mentioned above.
In QBO, you can run the Payroll Details (Gross to net) based on the following period: This month or All reports.
We’ll have to download the report. Then, manually add each period to a sheet to obtain a report that shows this date range: February 2020 to January 2021.
To build the report, I still recommend following the steps shared by @ChristieAnn. I don’t want to leave you empty-handed, let me share these links to help you in the future. These resources contain articles on how to run payroll reports and forms.
Please let me know if there's any other way I can be of assistance. As always, I'm just a few clicks away if you have any questions. Have a great day ahead.
Hi there, GrahamM26.
Welcome back to QuickBooks Community. I'll share steps to ensure you're able to run a report that shows gross to net for each employee for a custom period.
Yes, there is a report that can provide gross to net for each employee for a custom period. I suggest pulling up the Payroll Details (Gross to net) report and customize it to filter the date range. Then, download the report so you can see each employee's gross net.
Here's how:
For additional information on how you can customise reports to format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place, you can refer to this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please refer to this article to view different payroll reports that are available using the Standard Payroll: View reports in QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll.
Please don't hesitate to post again if you need some help with QBO. Please know I’m always ready to assist further. Have a good one.
ChristieAnn,
Thank you for your reply, however the reports are for each month only; I am looking for a report that can provide cumulative months eg from February 2020 to January 2021?
Is this possible?
