I have created asset accounts in the online version, they appear on a balance sheet report.
the accounts are loaded into the iOS mobile app, however the iOS app balance sheet report does not show the new asset accounts.
Hello Jase, Welcome to the Community! What type of asset accounts are they? Are you able to attach a screenshot of how they appear online and in the app? If you could try uninstalling and re-installing the app to see if that updates the balance sheet report as you would expect and let us know if it stays the same in the app Thanks
Hi, Re-installing the app made no difference, however the next day, the missing accounts appeared in the mobile app, thanks if you made changes.
This problem is happening again, online the balance sheet is correct, iOS app balance sheet is missing accounts.
I tried refreshing the apps data and reinstalling to no avail.
the accounts are present in the app but the report is in error.
