Hi
I'm using Quickbooks online. I'm trying to work out how to export all my 'Money In' as a spreadsheet. I take all my payments via my bank account that is linked to Quickbooks. This is mainly through sales and I'm paid by a distributor - I don't send invoices. I need to show all my earnings to my accountant.
Thanks
Frances

Thanks for the clarification, what you can do is go to reports>in the search function type in transaction>select the transaction by account report>hit customise in the top right>in distribution account drop-down change that to all income accounts. That will show all transactions hitting income accounts and then you can adjust the period of the report to whatever date range you need such as the past year. That report is the most customisable report in terms of columns you can add in as well.
Hello ClaypipeM, The money in export do you want to see individual transactions or just overall amounts, and is the money in linked to a number of income chart of account accounts? We can recommend the best report to get this information from that you can export we just need a little more infomation.
I want to see all the individual transactions over the last tax year. So all payments into my bank account as a spreadsheet if possible.
