My accountant has access to QBO but is unable to access Payroll. How do I give her this access?

Could you check within the Manage Users section and confirm if you have added the accountant into the accountant section, or as a regular user?
She is an active user in the Accountant section. Are yu suggesting that she be registered as a normal user? I have no objections to doing that.
No, she should be able to see everything in that case. Any accountant user, should have access to the payroll.

Does her access depend on her having any particular level of QBO or should she be able to access payroll with the same level of QBO as I have?

There are two sections, the Users section, where you can have a time tracking, custom, regular users & company administrators and one master admin.
Under the accountant section; they are by default able to see the payroll. Company Administrators and Master Admin users can also see the payroll.

I must apologise. This was a false alarm. Our payroll is called Payroll 17/18 and the accountant understandably assumed that that is exactly what it contained. In fact it is our current payroll, which I intend renaming! So my apologies for wasting your time.
