When you invited your accountant to access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company file, they can review your books, make corrections, and fix any tricky transactions. With this, if your accountant makes any changes from your account itself, yes, changes will reflect in your QBSE dashboard.
However, if you only download reports to submit to your accountant at end of the financial year and make changes from there, these will not reflect in your QBSE dashboard. This is because the PDF or downloaded sheet is not linked to the accounting software.
