i need to set up monthly paid invoice reports, showing invoice numbers, their amounts paid and the date of payment. How do I do that?

Yes, you can generate the Invoices and Received Payments report from the Reports menu to access all the data you need, Angelika.

The Invoices and Received Payments report provides a detailed list of payments you've received along with their corresponding invoices. Set the Report period to focus on monthly data for your specific needs. Here’s how you can access and customize it:

Go to the Reports menu.
In the Standard reports section, pull up the Invoices and Received Payments report.
Set the Report period to This Month or This Month-to-date and customise if necessary.
