Does anyone know how I can view the cash flow planner graph for a financial year (April - March) rather than a calendar year? Already set as financial year in settings.

Hello Ruth-miles, Welcome to he Community, the cash flow planner is a new feature on the dashboard at the moment you can only select 12 months in the date range it does not let you set a custom date or this financial year/last financial year like the other reports. We would recommend adding feedback to the cog>feedback as at the moment it is a feature (from the QuickBooks labs section so all feedback is welcome. More information on the current features/set up can be found here

Hi EmmaM, I see you response from 4 years ago. As the Cashflow planner is no longer new is there a way of changing defaults and selecting a view you would prefer, e.g. only the NEXT 12 months, ONLY as balances etc...

Hi Ian69, thanks for joining this thread. It isn't possible to set a default for the cash flow planner reporting period and this would need to be set manually. If you want to save the details, you can export your report from the Download Report dropdown.
