I would like to create the Financial Activities Report by class to only include the 2 main classes I have set up. I don't want all the subclasses to appear. Is this possible? Thanks,
Hello JoF2, You could in customise on the top right select filter and class and then tick the specific ones you want and then run the report.
Thanks, but I just want the Totals. It is Restricted and Unrestricted. So if I click Restricted and Unrestricted only (and untick the subclasses), it gives me everything anyway. I have clicked re-run the report. In the seminar I attended, they said you had to 'compress' the report.
Thanks
Thanks for posting here, @JoF2,
I can share some insights on how you can customise the data on your financial report.
If the data you see on the report after applying the filters is not what you want, you can still condense it outside the program.
You can export QuickBooks reports and modify the data in an Excel worksheet. To do that, use the Export option to create an Excel worksheet out of the data in the program.
I'm leaving some articles below about reporting in QBO and other QuickBooks Tutorials to guide you further:
If you have anymore questions about QBO reporting, please post them here again. I'll be more than glad to guide you further. Have a wonderful day!
