Hi Talia. Thanks very much - that was easy!
You're welcome! Please let us know if you have any further questions. :)
Thanks,

Doesn't work for me, it appears the "Name" column is searching for my QBO contact names
I'm here to provide information about assigning customers or projects to your journal entry in QuickBooks Online (QBO), AJ138. I'm glad to assist you with this process.
In QBO, we can allocate a journal entry to a project from the dropdown arrow under the Name or through the Search bar. Since this isn't your case, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to see if this is caused by your browser.
To isolate this, you can access your QuickBooks account through a private browsing window to see if it's a browser-related issue. You can use the following shortcut keys to access incognito mode:
If this resolves the issue, you can clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser.
Additionally, you can refer to this link to learn how you can delete or reverse your Journal entry in QBO.
Please feel free to ask me any further questions or concerns about managing your customers or projects by leaving a reply to this post. I am always here to assist you.
