I can help you run the General Ledger report successfully in QuickBooks Online.
We haven't received any similar reports from other users about not being able to run the General Ledger quarterly. Please make sure to comply with the system requirements, such as the supported browsers to ensure there are no problems when using QuickBooks.

If you're using a supported browser and the problem persists, I recommend clearing its cache. This process helps remove data stored from websites and access account in a clean slate.
