Yes, it's possible ... but I can only speak for when using QB Advanced Payroll.
Go to 'Payroll' > 'Reports' tab > 'Employee' column > 'Employee details report'
Click on 'Display Columns' and find 'Ordinary rate of pay'.
You can filter this to only current employees with the 'Employment status' option.

On QuickBooks Standard Payroll, there is not a report to display hourly rate, but you can run the Payroll summary by employee or the Payroll details report to view all employees, customised to show Net pay and Hours, as well as the Total payroll cost. Hope this helps!
