Hi there im looking to go back through my bank statements to July how do I do this??

You can check with your bank if they can generate your previous bank statement from July, charlielewis-pt.

If they can generate, you'll want to upload those bank statement through a WebConnect file. The maximum file size you can upload to QuickBooks Online is 350 KB. Check also if the file format is supported by QuickBooks Online.

Here are the following file formats:

• Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
• Quicken (OFX)
• QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Microsoft Money (OFX)

If your file meets all the requirements, you can now upload those bank statement. Here's how:

1. Log in to your bank account and download the bank transactions.
2. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
3. In the left panel, click the Banking tab.
4. Select the File Upload button, beside the Add account button.
5. Click the Browse button and choose the file.
6. Continue the prompts.

Once done, all your bank statement will be on your For Review tab.

After uploading, you can now add them to your register.

1. Click the Banking tab.
2. On the For Review tab, choose the transactions you'll want to add.
3. Select the Batch actions and choose Accept Selected.
