Hi there, thank you for your reply.
An SAT-F report is an international standard audit file for tax and is used for electronic exchange between the organization and the national tax authority. Normally in XML format.
Its also used in Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany and France.
An annotated version can be found on wikipedia SAF-T - Wikipedia
Hi Lyndsay, thanks for that additional information - it is not possible to produce this within QuickBooks UK, this is designed in line with standard VAT reporting only.
Thank you for your reply.

Thank you
Thank you for getting back to us, Lyndsay13.
I recognize the advantages of having this functionality for your company. But this feature is also unavailable in EU and other regions.
I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers. This way, they can think about including this option in a future update.

In the meantime, you can use the various financial reports available in QuickBooks Online and export them to Excel to obtain all of the necessary data.
If you require any additional assistance, please leave a comment. I'd be glad to help. Take care and have a great day!
