Iv been trading 2 months and finding quick books to navigate around? How do i send customer end of month statements?

Basically a list of all invoices sent in the previous month?

Iv been trading 2 months and finding quick books to navigate around? How do i send customer end of month statements?

I'm happy to share with you the set of steps so you'll be able to send the end of the month statements of your customers. 

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and click the Get paid & pay menu and choose Customers.
  2. From there, check the boxes beside the customers name you want to make statements for.
  3. Next, in the Batch actions dropdown, choose Create statements.
  4. Then, select the customer statement type in the Statement Type dropdown.
  5. After that, select the dates for the statements and the date range.
  6. Ensure that the customer email addresses are correct.
  7. When ready, select Save and send.

It's also easy to view those statements you've created. To get started, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Navigate to the Bookkeeping menu and select Transactions.
  2. From there, click select All Sales.
  3. Next, Select the Filter dropdown.
  4. Then, in the Type dropdown, choose Statements.
  5. Pick the date range from the Date field.
  6. Choose the customers you want to see statements for from the Customer section.
  7. Once done, click Apply.
