Hello Lovely-Garg,
To check any recurring transactions you have set up is by going to the main cog-wheel>under all lists- click recurring trasnactions> it will show you all the ones you have in there.
main cog-wheel>under all lists- click recurring trasnactions- where I can see this in QB-Please explain bit more.
Thanks
Hi lovely-garg,
Please select the main settings wheel in the top-right > All lists > Recurring transactions, if you have any recurring templates setup for Journal Entries these will then show listed here. :)
thanks- so, I need to pause this in order to stop recurring or creating automatic duplicate entry. Pls suggest otherwise.
Thanks
Hi lovely-garg If you have transactions listed in the recurring transactions section and you are also entering the transactions manually/adding them in from the banking section then obviously this will be creating duplicate transactions. You will have to decide whether to pause or delete the recurring transactions or stop manually creating or adding the transactions in from the banking screen.
