Hi,
I'm trying to add my client's miles manually as I have done every month for the last 2 years, but it's not saving.
Is there an issue with it at the moment, or has there been something new introduced that I have to do to get the miles to save?
Any advice would be gratefully received - thank you.

Do you get any errors or anything when you try and save the mileage? or do you just click on save and nothing happens. Are you doing this on the app version or web browser version?

No error message, it just doesn't show up after I've pressed Save.
All the info is filled in correctly, as I've done many times before, it's just really baffling.
I'm using the Web based browser.
Thanks for coming back to us Izsy, can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log into Quickbooks and try again. Let us know if you still have an issue after try that.
I'm also having this exact problem, when I try and manual enter a mileage trip. It lets me save it saying 2 entries are saved, but then doesn't show up in my my list of mileage trips
I've also cleared all of my cookies and cache from Google Chome, and also tried using Microsoft Edge and it still doesnt work

Mine seemed to just sort itself out. Shut everything down as usual at end of the day and the next time I logged it was back working ok.
Hopefully yours does the same?
