Noticed a Payroll tax centre due now report for tax period month 10 don't remember seeing this kind of report it is saying rejected, and login credentials are correct

Login credentials should be tested within 28 days of receiving them by visiting this link www.gateway.gov.uk.

Otherwise, your credentials won't be valid anymore and might be the reason why the submission was rejected. Additional details about online submission and login credentials can be found here:

I would also recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can take a look at the tax report and checked why it was rejected. Here's how:

1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
2. Let the know that you that you need help with your Payroll Tax Center, then click Let's talk.
3. Select the Chat or Get a callback option.

I tried chat, but was on  hold for too long. I've just realised that the month 10 to be submitted was for before19th February, but I hadn't noticed this new EPS report due until after that date, I had also paid employees that month, and suffered CIS. I'll have to try the chat option another time.
