Hello again, @graham-bowman4.

On the same report, go to the Report Period section. You can select This month or Custom to provide your desired date range.

If you wish to have all the yearlong monthly report, currently this isn't available. You can export the report to Excel and combine them from there.

I can help you get the report you need, @graham-bowman4.

You'll have to customise the Supplier Balance Summary/Detail report in your QBO to get their monthly amount. Let me show you how:

  1. On the left navigation menu, click Reports.
  2. Enter Supplier Balance Summary or Supplier Balance Detail on the search field.
  3. Go to the Report period section and adjust the date range to monthly.
  4. Hit Run report to refresh the data.

To learn more about the report functionality in QBO, you can refer to following articles:

Hi Honey Lynn,

Thanks for your speedy response, however I don’t see a monthly option in the report period box.
