Hello,
I have 8 QBO simple start reports for 8 Real Estate LLCs. I have created customer management reports which have all my favorite reports in them that can easily be exported to PDF. I have a bookkeeper with access to my accounts as well. She is telling me that she cannot see the saves management reports that I have created. Is there a setting I am missing for that to be accessible to her?
You don't have to modify anything to have your bookkeeper view the reports, hjones23.
This unexpected behavior could be a browser-related issue. The outdated stored cache can affect the performance of QuickBooks Online.

Once signed, check the reports. If they show, clear the browser's cache to remove its stored cache and ensure the program performs efficiently.
You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you personalize your reports and focus on the details that matter most to you: Customise Reports in QuickBooks Online.

Thank you for your comment. Does this apply to the management reports though? My bookkeeper is able to see the customer reports but not my management reports

This means that users with the right access, including the accountant/bookkeeper should be able to run the reports.
For the reports you've created and saved, you'll want to make sure that the Share with All option has been turned on. This way, your bookkeeper will be able to access them. Here's how:
