With the help of these steps, you can run a report for payments received only and you'll be a QuickBooks master in no time, @kentglasssolutions.
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Customer and Receivables and choose Transaction list by Customer.
- Click the Customize button.
- Modify the reporting period.
- Go to the Filter tab
- Search for "TransactionType," then click it.
- From the Transaction Type drop-down list, select Payment.
- Click OK.
